This is because in Club Med’s eyes you are a Gentle Member whom they choose to pamper. ‘G.O’ or ‘Gentil Organisateur’ refers to Med employees.
This name is a Club Med invention. It is unique. ‘G.O’ is the ambassador of the Club Med spirit and upholds the company’s 5 values: kindness, freedom, responsibility, pioneer, multiculturalism. They are here for you at all times during your entire stay.

For the little ones, Club Med Bali offers a comprehensive Children’s Club programme and curated services that expose children aged 4 months to 17 years, to the wonders of Bali’s rich culture and lush nature.
Housed within the lively and vivid Family Space and run by specially trained Club Med G.Os, educational activities such as dancing, petit chef cooking, painting and other arts and crafts serve to spark the children’s enthusiasm and imagination, as they run and play in organized sessions around the resort.

While your kids are having fun at the Children’s Club, the adult can find their “Me-Time” relaxing at the idyllic and contemporary Zen Pool. The Zen Pool was built exclusively for adults and children below 18 years old are not allowed. The Zen Pool also has a bar.

Located beside the swimming pool and buffet restaurant, The Kintamani with its traditional Balinese décor is a stylish and relaxed bar. Kids are not left out.
Club Med specially created this Bali Kids Cocktails Menu for them. You can come here and unwind over their signature cocktails with your family after your dinner.

10. Learn about local culture together
You may also grab this opportunity during your stay to join Club Med Bali’s various excursions (additional cost) to discover local cultures. Here are some of the photos taken during a day excursion:
Tanah Lot: One of the the most visited and photographed temple in Bali,. It is a great place to watch the sunset.
Bhima Shakti Sculpture
Pura Taman Ayun. Taman Ayun literally translates as Beautiful Garden and is regarded as one of the most attractive temples in Bali. Built in 1634 by the King of Mengwi, I Gusti Agung Putu, the temple is bordered by wide canals which irrigate the fields around the site. The temple is dedicated to the ancestor of the Mengwi Dynasty and other important Gods. Taman Ayun Temple is regarded as the “mother temple” for Mengwi Kingdom. It was a sight to behold.
The resort also has other creative activities you can take part like local dance lessons, cooking workshops and much more.
11. Enjoy the surrounding of Club Med Bali (Bonus)
As you walk around the resort, you may find Frangipani flowers all over! Bali is home to tropical flowers and the Balinese people use a large variety of flowers for their daily offerings (often used in the banten, or religious offerings).
At Club Med Bali, you can find various species of Frangipani trees adorned with colourful flowers in various hues. Some women like to put a flower behind their ear. Try taking a selfie with one on your ear.
Else, just lay by the beach with a glass of wine and enjoy the sea breeze.
Club Med Bali has a great sunset view too! Best timing to watch sunrise at Club Med Bali is around 6.19am. My advice is go 10-15 minutes early to find a good spot (I like the pavilion). Bring your tripod to get a good family photo with the sunset else go with a wefie shot on your mobile phone is also good enough.
Besides enjoying ourselves in the resort, we also managed to catch an interview with Mr Eric Lejuene, the Chef de Village of Club Med Bali.
