Step 1: Customer to present RM50 (WCT Buddy)/ RM100 (non WCT buddy) with max 3 combined receipt to WCT buddy booth for verification
Step 2: WCT buddy member may use 50 points via WCT buddy apps to redeem the ticket for photo shooting session.

2. Gift Wrapping service
Complimentary gift-wrapping service is available exclusively for WCT Buddy members from 10am to 9pm daily, starting from 17 November 2023 until 1 January 2024 at WCT Buddy Booth. Proof of receipts will be requested for verification of purchases made at any outlets within Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru to qualify for the gift-wrapping service. Each member is entitled to a maximum of five (5) gift wraps throughout the campaign period.
3. Secret Santa
Complimentary Secret Santa service is available exclusively for WCT Buddy members from 10am to 10pm daily, starting from 17 November until 10 December 2023 at WCT Buddy Booth. Proof of receipts of the Secret Santa gifts will be requested for verification of purchases made at any outlets within Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru to qualify for the Secret Santa service. Each WCT Buddy account and Buddy Kids account are eligible for one (1) Secret Santa service per gift throughout the campaign period.
CSR Campaign: Make a Difference
In the spirit of giving back, Paradigm Mall has partnered with Pusat Kebajikan Kalvari Johor for CSR activities. Make a difference by participating in the Adopt-a-Child’s-Wish campaign. Sixty-five beneficiaries have been identified, and from 17 Nov to 20 Dec 2023, you can pick a wish card from the Christmas Tree and proceed to the concierge counter at Level UG for payment. The crew will then buy the gift on behalf and send it to the beneficiary’s home right before Christmas.
