The Fullerton Hotels Singapore has partnered with Tarte by Cheryl Koh to launch the Fullerton x Tarte collection from 1 February to 31 July 2021, a divine assortment of artisanal tarts crafted by Cheryl Koh, Chef-founder of Tarte and award-winning Pastry Chef of 3 Michelin-starred restaurant, Les Amis, concepts under the Les Amis Group.
Baked from scratch each morning using only the best available ingredients, the Fullerton x Tarte collection brings Chef Koh’s well-regarded pastry expertise to the elegant and iconic setting of The Fullerton Hotels Singapore. Showcasing her refined sensibility for presentation and delight, the stunning assortment has been carefully curated to deliver sublime flavours in the form of aesthetically delightful pâtisserie, promising an impeccable experience for one’s eyes and palate alike.

This partnership will not be the first culinary encounter between Chef Koh and The Fullerton Hotels Singapore. Back in 2007, Chef Koh returned from Paris for the year-end Christmas and New Year holidays and decided to work a stint in the pastry kitchen of The Fullerton Hotel Singapore during the festive season – the kitchen’s busiest time of the year.

The limited-edition Fullerton x Tarte collection features six flavours, comprising of three Tarte classics alongside three new Fullerton-inspired flavours, specially created by Chef Koh for this collaboration and available exclusively at the Fullerton Hotels Singapore. Ideal as accompaniments for afternoon tea or delightful Lunar New Year or Valentine’s Day gifts, the tarts are available for dine-in or takeaway.
Fullerton x Tarte Collection – New Fullerton Flavours
Inspired by the rich heritage of The Fullerton Hotels, Chef Koh’s new Fullerton-exclusive flavours include the lovely blush-pink Bandung Tart (S$12.50+) with fragrant rosewater and milk jelly, an exquisite rendition of the familiar local beverage.
The Pineapple-Rambutan Tart (S$10.50+) presents the quintessential Chinese New Year treat in an elevated form, featuring a piquant mix of fresh Sarawak pineapple and rambutan on roasted pineapple compote. The Pineapple-Rambutan Tart is also available in Large size (S$88+).
Rounding up the exclusive repertoire is the elegant Earl Grey Crème Brûlée (S$10.50+) – a throwback to The Fullerton Building’s colonial origins, featuring well- balanced flavours infused with aromatic Earl Grey tea.
Fullerton x Tarte Collection – Classic Tarte Flavours
Chef Koh presents her signature Strawberry Tart (S$12.50+), an all-time favourite featuring light Tahiti vanilla cream topped with a beautiful scarlet crown of fresh strawberries.
The Hazelnut Caramel Tart (S$12.50+), is a must-try for chocolate lovers with its immensely satisfying contrast of textures, starring crunchy toasted Piedmont hazelnuts paired with smooth milk chocolate and caramel.
The Pandan Coconut Tart (S$7.50+) is a delicate, perfectly executed combination of fresh pandan curd on coconut frangipane, encased in a firm yet crumbly pastry shell.
The Fullerton Tarts will be available from 1 February to 31 July 2021 for takeaway at The Fullerton Cake Boutique, located in The Fullerton Hotel Singapore and The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore.
