Infused with Executive Chef Eric Cheam’s homemade marinade for 48 hours before being slow-roasted, the new Honey Rock Hoisin Roasted Turkey is served with fragrant black sesame fried rice stuffing, sautéed brussels sprout with garlic and salted egg potato dumpling.
