To celebrate the season of love, dinner begins with an amuse-bouche of a redefined classic — the Caprese. A playful homage to tradition, enjoy Not The Usual Caprese, where ripe tomatoes meet fior di latte custard and basil in the form of a macaron that will captivate you and your Valentine.
Next on the menu, be wowed as you and your partner dive into the freshness of the Kingfish Crudo. Crowned with tonburi and finished with a decadent yuzu and bone broth, intricately sliced kingfish takes centre stage as you indulge in this refreshing raw dish.
When it’s time for the piece de resistance of the meal — the mains — choose between a sumptuous 2GR Full Blood Wagyu Picanha MS8/9 or the luxurious Foie Gras Stuffed Quail.
The succulent and meticulously sourced 2GR Full Blood Wagyu Picanha impresses with a marble score of 8/9, promising that each bite is a wonderfully rich and mouth-watering experience. Accompanied by a decadent truffle pomme mousseline, tender white asparagus and a rich bordelaise sauce, even the most discerning steak aficionados are sure to fall in love with this dish.
Alternatively, delight in the decadence of Meadesmoore’s flavourful Foie Gras Stuffed Quail. Accompanied by burnt onion petals, black garlic emulsion, and a moreish poultry jus, this dish is bound to captivate and charm your Valentine.
As the evening comes to a close, satisfy your sweet tooth with the Paris-Brest, a classic French dessert made of choux pastry paired with a fragrant ispahan crème moulée and framboise sorbet. The perfect ending to a memorable evening, this pastry creation is a celebration of romance and indulgence.
Five-course menu available on 14 February 2024
Similar to the four-course menu, the five-course menu also includes the Not The Usual Caprese, Kingfish Crudo, 2GR Full Blood Wagyu Picanha or Foie Gras Stuffed Quail and Paris Brest.
