The Mid-Autumn Festival is here again and we were thrilled to receive our Mandarin Orchard Singapore Mooncake 2019! The folks from Mandarin Orchard Singapore is all ready to celebrate in a big way with their luscious selection of baked and snow skin mooncakes encased in a brand new gorgeous packaging for this year’s festivities. Using recipes crafted by the hotel’s team of master chefs, the delicate mooncakes will be available from 6 August to 13 September 2019.
Mandarin Orchard Singapore Mooncake 2019 – Beautiful Exterior
Each baked mooncake is elegantly presented in a custom-designed turquoise tower box with pops of fuchsia. Adorning the box is Mandarin Orchard Singapore’s signature lattice pattern, accentuated by a motif of peony flowers in the copper foil stamping. A two-piece version of the mooncake box will also be available.

Other new additions will include the Duo Collection and Baked Treasures Collection. The Duo Collection will showcase new flavours such as Cempedak with Low Sugar Pandan Paste, and the elegantly gold-dusted Charcoal-baked Yuzu and Mixed Nuts with Black Sesame Paste, all made with premium ingredients. The Baked Treasures Collection comprises the Limited Edition Piglet-shaped Mooncake and the Duo Collection.The brand’s signature Mixed Nuts and Jamón Ibérico is back by popular demand. Each bite of this baked mooncake will bring a delicious medley of sweet and savoury flavours.

Be spoilt for choice with Mandarin Orchard Singapore’s selection of delicately handmade mini snow skin mooncakes featuring highlights such as Lychee Martini and Chocolate, and Red Wine Cranberry Paste with Japanese Yuzu and Lemongrass. These refreshingly innovative mooncakes are filled with creamy decadence that is sure to be well received.

Those who prefer the classic flavours can opt for The Mandarin Collection which includes Mixed Nuts and Jamón Ibérico, Double Yolk and White Lotus Paste, Macadamia Nuts and Low Sugar White Lotus Paste, and Azuki Red Bean Paste and Pine Nuts.
Fall back on perennial favourites such as the Double Yolk and White Lotus Paste, with a generous filling of white lotus paste and two flavourful salted egg yolks, bound by a thin golden brown pastry skin. Any of these would be perfect for corporate gifting.

The 2019 Mid-autumn Collection is available at Mandarin Orchard Singapore’s Festive Counter at Level 1 Lobby from 6 August to 13 September 2019, from 11am to 7pm daily.
DBS/POSB cardholders will receive 25% discount for purchases made during the early bird period from 6 until 16 August, and 20% discount thereafter. UOB, Citibank, and Maybank cardholders enjoy 20% discount during the early bird period, and 15% discount thereafter. These discounts are only available at the hotel’s Festive Counter.
