Make the best of the public holiday by hitting up Kinki restaurant on level 2 for its ever-popular Bottomless Brunch ($68++ per person). Available from 12pm to 3pm, tuck into reinvented Japanese classics and free flow alcoholic beverage of choice with a top-up of $38++, along with unparalleled views to boot.
Think unlimited servings of sushi, sashimi and maki such as the Lobster Salad Maki or King Salmon Maki as well as irresistible dishes like the cold Hiyayakko (chilled silken tofu topped with kimchi and fried shallots), Momotaro Tomato with ginger vinaigrette and chives, or Tuna Ahi Nachos. For something warming, go for the Spicy Miso Edamame, Chikuwa Tempura (fried Japanese fish cake), Curry Cheese Croquette, Ika Geso Karaage (deep-fried squid tentacles), or the simple yet absolutely delicious Garlic Yaki Meshi (fragrant garlic fried rice).
Limited to one order per person, the mains will satisfy cravings for bold, comforting flavours.
