Beach Road Kitchen – Epicurean All Day Dining At JW Marriott Singapore

The JW Marriott Singapore South Beach is proud to introduces Beach Road Kitchen, its all-new, all-day dining venue featuring a scrumptious buffet spread and la carte options. This latest 247-seat all-day dining restaurant is one of the nine F&B concepts that the hotel boasts.

Primed to showcase a vibrant selection of local and international favourites, Beach Road Kitchen places emphasis on freshness in its offerings and variety of live stations with chefs on show. The widespread menu has a range of local and international cuisine to cater for every mood and fancy. In addition to the lunch ($58) and dinner ($78) buffet spreads, the hotel’s flagship dining venue also serves up an all-day a la carte menu, breakfast buffet ($42), as well as a Sunday brunch buffet ($108).

“Beach Road Kitchen is all about showcasing freshness and authenticity in sourcing for the best produce, from selecting the cheeses that are flown in from France, Italy and Spain, to showcasing the best of our chefs’ age-old family recipes. The kitchen team and I are extremely passionate about what we offer our diners and want to ensure that they leave feeling rejuvenated by our wide array of appetising local and international offerings,” says Chef Stefano Di Salvo, Executive Chef of the JW Marriott Singapore South Beach.

Buffet Highlights

With a focus on quality offerings from sources carefully picked by Chef Stefano, the buffet spread features a Cheese and Charcuterie station, Seafood Room, Pizza Oven, Charcoal Grill, a spread of Local Favourites and a Dessert Showcase, with live stations where food is prepared by chefs on the spot. During each meal service, the Beach Road Kitchen chefs will also present pass-around dishes such as freshly baked flatbreads, signature pizzas, pastas and cheeses for you and your loved ones to try out.

Upon entering Beach Road Kitchen, you will notice a floor-to-ceiling Charcuterie and Cheese display featuring a wide selection of cheeses alongside cold cuts from regions across Europe. Each day, Chef Stefano handpicks a variety of cold cuts and cheeses to be presented as the selection for each seating.

Hints of Chef Stefano’s Italian influences follow through to the custom-built, temperature- controlled Seafood Room with an impressive selection of seafood antipasti, a wide range of smoked fish selections and fresh seafood options including Spanish mussels, razor clams, French oysters, Maine lobsters and fresh crab, all sourced from around the world. The Seafood Room also boasts its own oyster-shucking station complete with a chef to serve them up fresh and share more about the complimentary condiments. Lining the walls outside of the seafood room is the Vertical Salad Bar with a selection of fresh greens, vegetables and condiments, mostly imported from regions that offer only the best in quality, with the selection including full, plump tomatoes sourced all the way from France.

The interactive dining experience follows through to the hot kitchen stations featuring live action from chefs behind each counter. The Noodle Bar serves up fresh bowls of Asian- style noodles with the signature homemade seafood laksa broth and a soup base of the day. The Pizza Oven brings out a rotation of freshly made pizzas alongside the signature truffle pizza, as well as a baked seafood or meat of the day, while the Charcoal Grill station features handsome cuts of meat like a rib eye roast or tomahawk steak alongside other grill-to-order options.

Catering to those with a penchant for comfort food, a spread of Local Favourites including the signature Hainanese chicken rice and roast meat counter, and a rotation of favourites like the Singaporean char kway teow, nasi goreng kampung and Angus hor fun are also available along the buffet line. Dim sum options, Indian favourites and Western delights are among some of the International options featured as well.

For the sweet tooth, Beach Roach Kitchen features an impressive Dessert Showcase of homemade desserts and pastries, fresh waffles and crepes with compotes and sauces that are made in-house. A selection of fresh cut fruits and nonya kuehs are also displayed alongside soft serve ice cream options and the signature ice-cream sandwich. An impressive feature of the dessert showcase is a panning machine that coats freshly roasted nuts in a dust of chocolate, making a perfect snack for ending off a good meal with.

A La Carte Menu

For folks who are opting for a lighter meal, Beach Road Kitchen also serves a tantalising list of a la carte dishes. These include the Lobster Laksa ($34), featuring a homemade-style broth and a succulent lobster tail,

Beach Road Chicken Rice ($34), a signature inspired by one of Beach Road Kitchen’s chefs whose growing up years on a chicken farm inspired this family recipe, and the Signature Funghi & Formaggio Pizza ($28), inspired by Chef Stefano’s younger days working in Rome. To end off the meal, you are encouraged to try the Choco Chip Cookie Ice-Cream Sandwich ($14), a favourite of Chef Stefano’s childhood.

For sharing, the a la carte menu also offers a Charcuterie Board ($30/$50), Artisan Cheese Board ($30/$50) and Seafood Platter On Ice ($50/$90) with daily selections that are served in small and large portions, catering to varying group sizes.

To complement the dining experience at Beach Road Kitchen, for just $29 per person, you have the option of free flow pours including a Michel Lynch prosecco as well as red and white wine, available during the lunch and dinner service. Another Beach Road Kitchen feature is a take-out window for premium coffee and grab and go food including a Hainan chicken waffle, along with its South Beach Avenue entrance.
