I tried to fix this hack in a way that I placed them in the freezer for two hours, as a result of which they become a little bit frosty but the bad odour got diminished.

Prepare your protein shake

You must have multiple plastic bottles for your pre-workout (beta-alanine and creatinine), intra workout which includes carbohydrates and protein, and post workouts protein shake. This will help you in saving your time. Prepare them at night, and freeze them if you have to do your work out in the morning. It will provide you ease if you have a busy day ahead.

You can also store your smoothie in a Ziploc bag when your workout is finished you can add your favourite veggies and fruits and blend them.

Fix bad smell of your shoes

When you remove shoes after workout sometime your feet smell so stinky that it becomes unbearable. To fix this problem try to find drier sheets or dried tea bags and put them in your shoes overnight. Both of these methods are really helpful in taking off stinky odour from your shoes in short time duration.

Before workout choose the time which is suitable for you because it has a great impact on your body.
