This June, my friend and I were treated to Nando’s famed succulent PERi-PERi flame-grilled chicken with the new Espetada Carnival at Nando’s Singapore ninth restaurant at NEX. I can assure you that Nando’s latest creation for its Espetada Carnival is one hell of a head turner.
We got ourselves chilled to the fiesta spirit with its latest Spicy Mango Sangria Designer Drink! Refreshing mango concoction with a slight hint of spiciness.This tangy mango-infused drink with a spicy kick pairs brilliantly with the savoury Espetada Carnival. We also snacked on another hot newcomer on the side line – The Pumpkin and Grilled Corn.
Here comes the star! An exciting twist to the Madeiran culinary delight, the exotic Espetada Carnival epitomises the perfect symphony of exquisite flavours and presentation with tender flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken thighs generously stuffed with garlic, parsley and feta cheese, skewered in between mixed peppers. I super love the combination of feta cheese and flavoursome PERi-PERi chicken. You really get lots of attention with this baby.
