Ever wonder what can be defined as a Singapore Breakfast? We defined it as what Singaporeans in the 1980s grew up with before the emergence of cafes and their western brunches. In the recent years, we have been pretty crazy about cafes but that should not keep us away from our familiar local breakfast options.
