1. Porto Montenegro

Set along the gorgeous Adriatic sea in Montenegro is the gorgeous Bay of Kotor. Located at the region’s largest Marina here is a whopping 250 m yacht berth making it the largest Yacht Berth in the world bigger than any Yacht currently on the planet. One Ocean Port Vell in Barcelona has a huge Marina that caters to a total of 150 berths and is able to cater to gigantic yachts as long as 190 m in length. The marina provides VIP concierge services to its clients and features a business centre which is frequented by some of the wealthiest business on the planet. The world-class marina was originally created for the Olympic Games back in 1992 and became a hot spot for the world’s elite and their superyachts.

3. Port Vauban

Port Vauban located in the stunning French Riviera comes in at third on the list with its largest berths able to look after Yachts up to 165 m in length. Set in Antibes this is the largest marina in the continent and perhaps the most well known Marina in Europe for hosting superyachts.

In the Mediterranean, Port Vauban is one of the longest-serving ports and while it has been around a long time it has certainly kept up with the times. Port Vauban is one of the most technologically advanced Marinas, is extremely flash and hosts some fantastic fine dining and nightlife.

4. Port Tarraco

This port located in Spain at Costa Dorada was again created for the owners of superyachts with berths ranging from 30 to 160 m in length. VIP’s descend upon the Marina each year is near enough to the major cities of Barcelona and Madrid, yet also close to the Southern France and The Balearic Islands making it a great base port for wealthy locals and Mediterranean Enthusiasts alike.

5. The Grand Harbour Marina

Malta another new country on the list is attracting investors and holidaymakers from across the world. It is also attracting a vast amount of superyachts each year with its warm all round climate and perfect combination or historic sites and youthful modernity. Yacht berths are as large as 135m and the location close to all the major attractions in the Mediterranean makes it a yachters favourite.
