Princes on Ao Nang Beach, Krabi

Our 4 Days 3 Nights Birthday Escapade started with us loading up Tiger Airways Plane & flying straight to Destination Ao Nang Beach at Krabi, Thailand!

We took the window seat at the emergency exit to enjoy more leg rooms. But this comfort comes with a condition; we will need to assist the cabin crew during an emergency evacuation. Managed to capture a rare beautiful shot from the cabin window.

From Krabi International Airport, we can either take a private cab for 600 baht that goes straight to your hotel at Ao Nang Beach or share a mini van for 6 pax at 200 baht. We went for the private cab and reached our hotel Aonang Princeville Resort approximately 30 minutes later.

We selected this resort for its location. It is strategically located right along main Ao Nang Beach. We can practically walk across the narrow road and see the gorgeous beach from the resort entrance.

The lush greenery that greeted us effectively buffered away the noise and dust from the main road.

We can’t help noticing the resort beautiful landscaped pool as we make our way towards the reception.

I have set my eyes on this table for breakfast by the pool the next few mornings.

A refreshing drink was presented upon check in & the counter staff were really friendly and helpful. We ended up booking the Snorkeling and Island Hopping Tour Package from them as well as book the return transport back to the airport for departure.

Upon check in, we followed the bell boy up to the 3rd floor (highest floor) to our Deluxe Room. The stairs offer partial view of the pool amidst the lush greenery.

Book counters with selections in different langauges were thoughtfully provided for guest who wants to grab a leisure read.

We loved the generous room space for 2 person and

the bath window which allowed me to watch tv while soaking in the bath tub.

The room comes with a traditional open air wardrobe that can be accessed from both sides.

After freshening up, we spend the rest of our 1st day shopping along the main streets of Ao Nang Beach.

We woke up fresh for breakfast at the resort’s White Orchid Restaurant.

Traditional Thai and International Breakfast Buffet Spread stayed pretty much the same over these 2 consecutive mornings. My stomach did not agree with local fare on first day hence had to go for porridge and some light items.

Thankfully, I got better on the 2nd morning and was able to enjoy the full breakfast buffet.

Sitting on the swing after a heavy breakfast, enjoying the wifi and surrounding scenary can be a simple joy in itself.

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful resort and highly recommended it for its fantastic location. The full details of the resort are as follow:
