For a limited time only, Plaza Brasserie at PARKROYAL on Beach Road invites all carnivores to curb their cravings for carvery with an epic feast of premium meats (Wagyu included), courtesy of the “For The Love of Roasts” buffet special from 5 October to 29 November 2015.
A scrumptious selection of dreamy carveries will be offered in a glorious all-you-can-eat buffet spread each night presenting the most tantalising meats in town. This year, new premium items that will make their debut include Wagyu Cube Roll; Braised Slow Cooked Beef Cheek; Roasted Goat Leg, Squid Ink & Pork Bratwurst and Metre Sausage which is perfect with homemade mashed potatoes. In addition, diners will also get to enjoy perennial roast favourites comprising Wagyu Sirloin, Black Angus Tenderloin, Wagyu D-Rump, New Zealand Boneless Lamb Leg, Braised Beef Tail, Hungarian-bred Mangalica Pork Collar/Neck and Rosemary Chicken. These finest cuts are roasted to perfection and served with an assortment of carving sauces and condiments.
Complementing the spread of delectable roast items are live stations featuring Asian-inspired cuisine such as Essence of Black Herbal Mee Sua, Shredded Duck; Century Egg Porridge and the aromatically irresistible Risotto with Pumpkin and Mushrooms in Summer Truffle Oil as well as a selection of tummy-filling appetisers and toothsome desserts.
Signature dishes from Plaza Brasserie‟s “Best of Asia” buffet selections will also be offered to provide diners a complete East meets West dining experience.
