Cicchetti Bangkok is a Venetian inspired, Italian franchise restaurant from London. The concept of the restaurant is derived from the Italian word ‘cicchetti’, which literally means ‘small plates’. Cicchetti can be considered as the Venetian version of Spanish ‘tapas’. Cicchetti commonly consists of small plates of food containing bite-sized snacks or portions. It is served at traditional ‘bacari’ or local bars found all over Venice.
Employing a ‘Nothing to Hide’ concept, Cicchetti’s ‘Open Kitchen’ allows diners to enjoy the sights and sounds of cooking – the flames, steam and clattering of pots in the kitchen are part of the ‘experience’ of dining at Cicchetti Bangkok. Even the process used to select and combine the exotic ingredients used in every dish is on display. The restaurant’s private wine cellar is fully stocked with an extensive wine list from the very best vineyards in Italy and the world.
Some of their signature dishes include:

– Agnello al Fieno (Grilled Marinated Leg of Lamb in Hay & White Wine, served with Madera Sauce)
– Risotto with Morelli Porcini Mushroom, topped with Truffle

– Lobster Burger
End the meal with a home-made, Italian Seven-Layer Chocolate Cake, Rose Ice Cream, Lemon Mint Ice Cream, topped with honey Acacia or Home-made Chocolate filled with Wasabi Cream.
